How do I place an order?

Shopping at lazydazeshop is simple:

  1. Select your favorite item and click “Add to Cart.”
  2. Review your cart and proceed to checkout.
  3. Enter your shipping details and secure payment information.
  4. Confirm your order — and that’s it!

Once your purchase is complete, you’ll receive an order confirmation, and we’ll begin preparing your new favorite piece.

How will my order be shipped?

All U.S. orders are shipped through trusted carriers such as UPS or USPS. International orders are shipped via DHL or other reliable international shipping partners.

Some items may ship directly from our production partners, and certain products may be made to order. We take great care to ensure your order is crafted with quality and packaged securely so it arrives safely.

Please allow 7–14 business days for standard ground shipping. Processing times may vary depending on the item. Expedited shipping may be available at checkout for an additional fee.

Orders shipped to P.O. boxes or APO addresses may require USPS delivery and can take 1–3 weeks to arrive.

How can I track my order?

Please allow up to 24 hours for order processing.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details. It may take an additional 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.

You can track your package directly through the carrier’s website using your tracking number.

I received a damaged item — what should I do?

We’re sorry if your order arrived damaged — we understand how disappointing that can be.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us through our Contact page within 24 hours of delivery. Be sure to include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the packaging it arrived in

Most shipments are insured, and we will work quickly to resolve the issue. If approved, we will arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution as soon as possible.

How is my privacy protected?

lazydazeshop does not sell or share your personal information with third parties. We do not store your credit card information. All payments are processed securely through encrypted payment systems.

Information collected is used only for:

  • Processing and fulfilling orders
  • Providing customer support
  • Improving your shopping experience

If you create an account or subscribe to updates, we may use your purchase history to personalize promotions and offers.
