Shipping policy

1. Shipping Methods

lazaydazeshop ships within the United States only.

We offer the following USPS shipping options at checkout:

  • USPS First Class Mail

  • USPS Priority Mail

  • USPS Priority Mail Express

Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on:

  • Package weight

  • Package dimensions

  • Shipping destination

  • Selected service level

Rates are provided directly by USPS and may vary depending on packaging type (bubble mailers, flat-rate boxes, etc.).

We are unable to combine shipping for separate orders placed individually. Each order will incur its own shipping charge.

2. Order Processing Time

Most in-stock orders placed:

  • Sunday through Thursday ship within 1–2 business days

  • Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or U.S. federal holidays may ship the following business day

Business days exclude weekends and U.S. federal holidays.

Please note:

  • Selecting Priority or Express shipping speeds up transit time only.

  • It does NOT expedite order processing time.

  • Orders are processed and shipped in the order they are received.

3. Shipping Time Estimates

Estimated transit times (after shipment):

  • First Class Mail: 3–7 business days

  • Priority Mail: 2–4 business days

  • Express Mail: 1–2 business days

These timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • USPS delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Carrier disruptions

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers

We encourage customers to order early during peak seasons to avoid carrier delays.

4. Shipping Risk & Packaging

All packages are carefully packed to protect items during transit.

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, the risk of loss passes to the customer. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us promptly so we can assist with a resolution.

5. Order Acceptance Policy

An order confirmation email does not constitute final acceptance of your order.

lazaydazeshop reserves the right to:

  • Accept or decline any order

  • Limit quantities

  • Cancel orders due to pricing errors

  • Cancel suspected fraudulent transactions

If your order is canceled after payment, you will receive a full refund.

6. Multiple Item Orders

We will make reasonable efforts to ship all items in a single shipment.

If items become unavailable:

  • Available items may ship first

  • Backordered items will ship separately when available

You will only be charged the shipping amount displayed at checkout, even if your order is split into multiple shipments.

You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipment.

7. Sales Tax

lazaydazeshop collects applicable U.S. sales tax in accordance with state and local laws.

Sales tax is automatically calculated at checkout where required.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

8. Returns

All sales are considered final unless:

  • The item arrives damaged

  • The item is defective

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused

  • The item must be in original packaging

  • You must provide proof of purchase

9. Refunds

Once a returned item is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Refund timing depends on your financial institution and may take several business days to process.

10. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the return is due to our error (defective or damaged item):

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • If a refund is issued, original shipping costs may be deducted from the refund.

11. Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address:

  • The customer is responsible for reshipment costs.

We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
