Failure to notify us within this timeframe may result in denial of your claim.

Once reviewed, we may, at our discretion:

  • Issue a refund to the original payment method

We reserve the right to request return of the damaged item before issuing a replacement or refund.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Minor cosmetic variations

  • Delayed shipping caused by carriers

  • Incorrect shipping address provided by customer

5. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.

  • Processing time depends on your financial institution and may take several business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
